My room was spacious and clean. I had flight early Monday morning, so location was reason I booked this hotel. I thought meal in evening in the restaurant was yummy.
The reception staff were not accommodating. I asked for a water bottle, and she was quite rude. The other reception staff did not seem friendly or supportive too.

the staff was cute and accommodating. I felt at home with their friendly approach and attentiveness (i appreciated that!). I had questions about the location and transport, and the staff provided helpful information.
The breakfast was monotonous. The same options looked daily. it primarily featured scrambled eggs, yogurt, and beans. there were no cheese or cold meat platters available.

the room was so clean and spacious. the lighting had different options for lighting levels. breakfast was excellent with a huge amount of choice and a long serving time meant that queues were minimal, what a treat. even at the end of the breakfast service the food was wonderfully fresh and tasty.

Location near the DLR station pleased me. The DLR made logistics so easy. I also found the staff friendly and very helpful. The team seemed to handle every request quickly. Breakfast include a good variety.
I found the room a bit hot. Not being able to open a window was a drawback for me.

The room included a hairdryer, an iron, also a kettle. I saw coffee amenities as well. Hand soap, shower gel. shampoo were nice extras. The room felt very clean on my arrival, which I appreciated.
